Day 31 of 40

Hello!

Cool mornings and warm sunny days.  I love it!  I went to the grocery store and everyone was smiling and friendly.  The sun does that to people.

Details!  Today the Lesson is Spell It Out
The Takeaway is:  Most of us don't get what we want because we don't know what we want.

Mark 10: 46-52 is the scripture reference.

47 When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to shout, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”
48 Many rebuked him and told him to be quiet, but he shouted all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”
46 Then they came to Jericho. As Jesus and his disciples, together with a large crowd, were leaving the city, a blind man, Bartimaeus (which means “son of Timaeus”), was sitting by the roadside begging.
49 Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.”
So they called to the blind man, “Cheer up! On your feet! He’s calling you.” 50 Throwing his cloak aside, he jumped to his feet and came to Jesus.
51 “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him.
The blind man said, “Rabbi, I want to see.”
52 “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.
I spent some of my morning, listing my wants/desires and putting some details on them.
    I seek happiness
    Reconciliation with family
    Health for John and I
    Extra Cash to Bless Others
Forgiveness from those I have hurt
Stronger Faith and More of it.
    Love From Others and Myself
I had a little story or details on each request and circled them with love.

The Promise for Today is:

I pray you make a list of what you want Jesus to do for you.  No list is to big or to small..  I pray it pleases our Father and your prayers are answered very soon.

Thank you for stopping by.  I hope you found something that made you smile today.
May God bless you BIG tomorrow.  What do you want from Jesus?

Love is in the ink!
Love is in my heart.
Love, Mary Kay
