Greetings!
A little ink before, I take a nap. I was up early and accomplished a few things. I try to keep up with my washing schedule. I never liked washing and folding until my sister died. She love to wash clothes and fold. I decided I would do it a great attitude in her memory. It has worked so far and it has been a few years.
A little cutting, pasting and assembling this morning makes me happy too. I am running out of glue so it must be time to clean up around this project now. I continue to work on little junk journals. I listened to some great Christian Praise and Worship music. That makes for a perfect morning.
It rained a little bit this morning. It is suppose to rain off and on all weekend. The ground is dry so rain is welcomed. Our church prayed for rain a couple weeks ago and it rained but only enough to put some humidity in the air. The purple sage is blooming after that little rain. God is so amazing. It always blooms two weeks after a shower. God's time clock is perfect in every way. I am going to take a break and take a photo of that bush. The colors are amazing. I was so disappointed. Yesterday, it was beautiful and today it is waiting for more rain and will bloom again in 2 weeks. What a life lesson that was. Faded after a day or two of beauty.
It has been a restful day. I need rest from a boat load of stress. My life is changing and sometimes you just have to go with it.
The promise for the day is: I am pleased when you share with others. Hebrew 13:16
Mother Theresa had the perfect quote for me today also.
I am a pencil in the hand of God.
Have a great rest of the day.
My ink flows with love.
Mary Kay
