Today is a new day. A great day to start over. This has been a great week. John and I worked on projects we love. John has been busy outside planting and preparing. His steps are slow and he often stumbles to get from one place to the next. I have been working on junk journals and little ones as give always.
The meat loaf was a success. That is a Do Again! I saved some bacon to garnish my salad with today. I have lost 5 pounds this last week. I am not as hungry and that is super great. Maybe in a week or so, I can start moving more.
Joey is off today.
