Good Morning!
It is cold and wet out this morning. I was going to go and try out a new vehicle, but decided to wait until tomorrow. I am not in a hurry to face the elements of the day. I wrapped up in my favorite quilt and went back to bed for couple of hours. Spring is welcome anytime. Next winter, I am not going to plan a thing. God will be happy with that. He will not have to fix my plans. :)
Yesterday, God used a sweet young man to teach me a lesson. I, have a way of doing way to much for my son, Joey and than wondering why he doesn't respond. I quoted the scripture from Matthew 7:9 and it reads: Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? The young man gently said, "Not so much bread!" I needed to hear that. Although, I don't want my son to stumble, I don't want to enable him not work for his bread. I love when God sends someone to correct me. Part of my journey in life should be looking the other way, helping when needed and praying for God's perfect will. My children do not have the same values, I had growing up and kept close to my heart. I have my very own set of values and I need to tend to them. My daughter and grandchildren travel a road so different than the one, I travel.
My pajamas have become part of my everyday life. I need to shower and put some clean ones on. Thank God, I have some nice winter pajamas. As soon as the weather breaks with more sunshine, I need to walk and get rid of the swelling in my feet and legs. I have been drinking lots of water.
Where ever you are in the world stay warm, stay in the word and pray. I would love to hear from you. My email address is: mknuss08@gmail.com. Years ago, we called that pen pals. I enjoy the arts and cultures of other countries and locations in the USA.
The news is full of the democrat running to cover up their activity. They will vote for a shut down tomorrow, because they want control. Their voting numbers will be way down if they don't turn it around soon. They are destroying themselves. Trump is busy changing America for the greatness she deserves. He has drained the swamp from tons of crime, but still has a long ways to go. Looking forward to the day Obama and Hillary are behind bars. I think daily about the families of the men killed in Libya while O and H ran guns. Then they returned to lie to the families. I pray for justice for the families of those that died in Benghazi. So glad God is in charge.
It is time to clean up the kitchen and keep up with the washing. Have a super day!
The promise for today is: I will be a real Father to you. 2 Corinthians 6:18
I continue to learn to love and forgive like Jesus. Thanking Him for his grace and mercy.
Love is in the ink!
Love, Mary Kay
