Merry Christmas!
A very peaceful and quiet day at our house.
My neighbor across the street brought over turkey, garlic mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. I made King Ranch Chicken so we have plenty to munch on tomorrow. That is if John leaves me any. All of my neighbors are so thoughtful. Joey went home early to take a nap and John has been watching basketball. I cleaned up the kitchen and read all the Christmas wishes from my Facebook friends. I am blessed to have so many friends. Lots of wonderful Christmas photos for their memory books.
My high school friend from Wisconsin is coming to Texas. I can't wait to see her and chat and chat. She is a great friend and I look forward to seeing her. I will leave my tree up until after she comes.
The promise for today is: When I offered up My one and only Son,I gave you the best gift I could give. Romans 8:32
