The Christmas Truck

Greetings!

Christmas is right around the corner and I am so excited.  I wish you could smell my kitchen and the great smells of the little red Christmas truck and another candle burning.  I love Christmas!  One more trip to the grocery store and I will be ready.  Time for a good book, some hot tea, my journal and quiet time with God.  I have been spreading my love for Jesus today.

This morning, I meet my friend for coffee.  However, the coffee shop is closed.  Not just for the day, but for good.  I am so sorry about that.  It is hard to survive in a business in these little towns.  It had to be sad for her to leave  She did a great job and I could tell she loved her work.  I meet my friend with the little red truck; I won last week.  It is a scent burner.  Here is the picture for you
to enjoy with my story.  Remember yesterday, when I shared about believing and receiving?  Yesterday,, as I was searching the ads for a used truck or SUV for Joey,  Jesus spoke to my spirit.  He told me that He already had a truck for Joey.  No need to keep looking.  It was than I told Him we didn't want a big vehicle payment and He told me.............I already have a truck for Joey.  Maybe it is in that container!  Maybe it will be like the Christmas dress and come right on time.  I am so excited.  My God is more than enough.  A while back, I read a story about praying for little things when God is so big.  We can ask big, because He is big.  He wants to bless Joey.  He is a Mighty Big God...........doing big things.  I can't wait to share the thanksgiving and praise time  with you.  I pray it will be right around Christmas.  I will not doubt my Lord.  He is more than enough.  The tears of joy mount from my eyes and run down the wrinkles of life on my face.    The joy overflows from my heart.  God is preparing Joey to be a Mighty Man for Him.  What a great work, I am witnessing.  I believe this little Christmas truck is just a sign that the real one is on the way.

The promise for today is:  If you pray to Me in secret, I will reward you openly.
                                                  Matthew 6:6

When I was a child, I could hardly wait for Christmas.  This year that old feeling returned.  I can hardly wait.  True love was born in a stable.  Yes, it was and once you receive it ..........you can't help but share it.  His love is more than enough for me and begs to be shared.  I want to shout for joy!

I put this list together in my journal this morning.
  • Some of my friends and family are sick,  My God heals.  He is more than enough.
  • Many people are feeling financial strains.  My God provides.  He is more than enough.
  • Turmoil and chaos live in some homes.  My God can still the storm.  He is more than enough.
  • Some people are lonely,  My God is with them.  He is more than enough.
  • Families wait for restoration.  My God puts broken pieces back together.  He is more than enough.
  • Some carry a heavy burden.  He wants to yoke up with His people and carry the burdens.  He is more than enough.
  • Some people are hungry.  He feeds His people.  He is more than enough
  • Many need forgiveness.  He forgives.  He is more than enough.
  • Some people wait for someone to love.  You will find no greater love than Jesus.  He is more than enough.
  • The list goes on and on.  Ask and you will receive!  You have to ask and believe.  He is more than enough.
  • I am so thankful that my God is more than enough.  He is waiting to be your enough.
Love you!  Be blessed today!  Walk with the King that was wrapped in dirty milk rags in a manger when He was born.  He came to give the world peace and joy.  He carries the government on His shoulders.

My God is waiting to be enough for you.  Ask Him into your heart today.

Love is in the ink.
Mary Kay
