Yeppie!
That is how the day started and how it is going to end.
I found favor today in the old and new. I have a purpose! I can't wait to share more of the details.
This next week, I will share the story of the Christmas dresses and then a miracle of faith and purpose that I believe is about to come to pass. I am calling that story "Pennies from Heaven." Knowing God is so exciting and letting Him have his way in my life is amazing. Both are stories about children we had in care way back in the 90's. They are grown adults now and I am being blessed to share the beautiful memories. Names are not important to the story. They are so important to Jesus and I believe He smiles when my heart thinks about His greatness. Both are worthy of great praise and thanksgiving. I have held on to the stories for years, only sharing now and then, but now is the time to share them with you, my readers. Love is in the ink!
My Bible is full of notes and little sayings and ideas. I will read and reread the story of Gideon this week and probably camp on the story for a few days. I have opened my spirit and now I am ready to fill it to overflowing. God encouraged Gideon in order to alleviate his fear and straighten his faith. I asked for that encouragement and it came in huge shipping container. Yippie! Talk about waiting for your ship to come in. My container arrived!
I will get back to order this week. I woke up this morning playing the first 4 verses of Psalm 103 in my head. It could be a song. It could be a best seller. I woke up to my identity in Christ. Moments like this is why I write; with ink of love.
Tomorrow is Bible study at Barbara's/ Right up the road! We are studying the book of Job What a story! What an example of loving the Lord with your whole heart. Joy comes in the morning!
The promise to the day is: I created you with My own hands. Psalm 119: 73
Good bye for now! I will work on my stories to share this week. I love you with the love of the Lord.
Love is in the ink.
Mary Kay
